ABOUT US

The Firm has 9 partners with the professional qualifications of Statutory Auditors and around 30 qualified technicians on its staff.

With offices in Lisbon, Faro, Portalegre and Horta, the purpose of GNT-SROC is to provide services within the scope of the powers legally assigned to Statutory Auditors. In addition, they intervene in other areas where they have adequate competence, related to matters in the economic/financial, accounting and tax areas.

Our company was incorporated by public deed on July 20, 1989, under the name Luís Rosa & Isabel Paiva, SROC. On December 7, 2001, it adopted the name of Isabel Paiva, Miguel Galvão & Associados – Sociedade de Revisores Oficiais de Contas, Lda.

Throughout its existence, IPMG SROC has consolidated its position in the market, as a reference company in its segment, having, since its establishment in 1989, already undergone several corporate changes, resulting essentially from the reinforcement of its team, substantiated by the entry of new members into the company.

​

In order to continue this evolutionary process, we decided to change our corporate name, which became GALVÃO, NUNES, TAVARES & ASSOCIADOS, SROC LDA (GNT-SROC).

GNT-SROC has 10 partners, 9 of which are professionally qualified as statutory auditors:

- Anabela Peres (ROC n.º 911 currently with suspended activity, by choice),

- José Luís Nunes (ROC no. 1098),

- Nuno Tavares (ROC nº 1582),

- Fernando Marques (ROC no. 2005),

- Paulo Costa (ROC no. 2042), and

- Constança Galvão (ROC no. 2044).

Our team of professionals also includes several employees with adequate academic training at a higher level and several years of professional experience.

GNT-SROC is registered with the OROC under number 64 and registered with the CMVM under number 20161400.

We have extensive experience in the scope of services related to the official audit of accounts, auditing of accounts, including financial auditing of projects financed by national and international public funds.

​

The activities carried out by our clients, public or private, including municipal companies, cover various branches of activity in terms of agriculture, industry, commerce and services. Small, medium or larger, they carry out, among other activities: civil construction, hotels, real estate, public works, tourism, car trade, culture and sports (soccer).
